Chakra Yoga is a special practice that includes different yoga tools:

Jnana yoga (relaxation, self observation, withdrawal of the senses, psychology)
Yoga Pranayama (breath control)
Raja Yoga (visualizations, meditations)
Yantra Yoga (mandalas, life cycles)
Mantra yoga (songs, sounds, vocalizations)
Laya Yoga (concentrations, subtle centers of force)
Kundalini yoga (enlightenment of our potential energy)We will practice postures (asanas) that activate and harmonize our force centers (chakras) while acting on the internal organs.
Each posture is followed by an awareness of the energy flowing.
